"I used Tony and his Dad for a project now I can say my patio was nice in the backyard which cost obscene amount, the clean up was horrible they left my yard a mess they did not respond to me for weeks after I Paid them a lot of funds in full, they started my front patio which was horrible the clean was not done rocks and concrete left on my property they ruined my lawn did not even come back they worker engraved something in my concrete, I also treated them nice with respect, all I will say and I feel this is why I was treated this way as a woman but they lost I manage over 80 properties throughout Illinois so turned things over to my team to complete I would not recommend this company at all yes I’m pissed they tore down my gate and they piece it back together Tony ignored my calls and text for weeks I still held my cool it hit me reading these reviews and can’t understand why! I was treated poor I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but I couldn’t, here’s the ice on the cake my boyfriend is MEXICAN AND HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND STATED IT WAS POORLY DONE. Yes my boyfriend fixed everything now I’m seeking justice for my lawn and begging them to treat the damaged areas, the way I was treated and yes I have video of each dot of work HERNANDEZ WAS ON MY PROPERTIES! I can say this without remorse the back patio was done very professional but the clean up was poorly I have been begging them to treat my lawn I have been lied to for the past month No I will not use or recommend this service as of this date Tony failed to respond"

"I got a few estimates from concrete contractors on the south side for a small sidewalk job. Tony was by far the most responsive and detailed in his texting, and offered a very fair price. He works with his father and a very nice, professional crew. All of them take a ton of pride in their work. They had a solid game plan on how to tackle the project, but were open to my ideas and preferences every step of the way. The job was never rushed, and both Tony and his dad made sure I was satisfied with their work. They also didn't cut corners, while other contractors wanted to make the job easier and quicker for themselves. For example, they dug up a huge root that another company recommended I hire a tree company to grind down. That would have turned a one-day project into a costlier three-day supervised project. Tony even let the concrete cure for a couple days before removing the forms and backfilling the edges with loose top soil. I highly recommend Hernandez and look forward to working with them again."
